The Charles Chima Foundation Grant is not for idea-stage businesses. It is for entrepreneurs who have already taken the leap, registered their business, found their first customers, and are ready to scale.
If you have a running, revenue-generating business in one of our seven focus sectors, a registered company, a team behind you, and the drive to grow, we want to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Any founder running a registered, revenue-generating business in one of our seven focus sectors. Your business must have been operational for at least one year and you must be based in Nigeria or anywhere in Africa.
No. The Charles Chima Grant is non-repayable. You are not taking on debt and there is no repayment schedule.
We embrace holistic development and support for employees with the aim of being a first-choice employer within our sectors. Through a unique combination of engineering, construction and design disciplines and expertise.
Selected businesses receive between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000 naira. The exact amount is determined during the due diligence stage based on the assessed needs of your business.
Applications for Cohort 1 open on 15th June 2026 and close on 15th July 2026.
